This explains what happens to the information you send ProperDigital when you get in touch. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
Who we are
ProperDigital is an independent product studio. The operating entity is being confirmed; until then the studio operates as a sole trader and is the data controller for anything you send us.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, your email, and the details of your enquiry when you contact us. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry, and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the work. Our legal basis is your consent in contacting us and our legitimate interest in responding.
Who else sees it
This site is hosted on Vercel. Email you send reaches our inbox provider. Those providers process the data only to run the service. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of our dealings, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will act on it.
Changes
We will update this page as the studio formalises its entity and adds any new tools. The date above shows the last change.
