You choose how we share the outcome.
Most studios hide this behind a call. We do not. Every engagement is a fixed fee. For products we believe in, you can trade some of that fee for a stake in the result.
Fee only
Straightforward. You pay the fixed price, you keep 100% of your company.
Fee + capped rev-share
A reduced fee, plus a small, capped share of revenue for a set term. We win as you earn, your cap table stays yours.
Reduced fee + equity
For products we would build ourselves. Lower cash now in exchange for fair equity, aligned to the outcome for the long run.
We only take a cut in products we would build ourselves. That selectivity is the point: it is the same bar we hold our own portfolio to.
